How to check Amazon price history (India)
Find any Amazon.in product's price over the last year, spot fake discounts, and know a good price when you see one.
The quick way
- Open the product on Amazon.in and copy its link from the address bar or the Share button.
- Paste the link into the search box on our Amazon price tracker.
- You'll land on the product's price history: a chart of the last 12 months, its lowest and highest price, and a verdict on today's price.
You can also search by model name, for example "Galaxy S25" or "MacBook Air M4". The model page shows the same product at Flipkart and Croma too.
How to read it
- The 1-year low is the best price in the last 12 months. If today's price is close to it, it's a good time to buy.
- Shaded days on the chart are sales like Prime Day and the Great Indian Festival. Many products hit their low then.
- The price changes list shows every change, with the date and the store.
Spotting a fake discount
A big strike-through price doesn't mean a good deal. If the "deal" price is above the product's 1-year average, it was cheaper for much of the year. Check where today's price sits on the bar under the verdict.
Which link works
Any Amazon.in product link works, including short amzn.in links opened in your browser first. The link needs the product code (ASIN), the 10 letters and numbers after /dp/.
